These terms apply to personaltrainergeelong.com.au, the website for Personal Trainer Geelong. They cover use of the website and enquiries made through it. Any personal training service is also subject to the specific booking or service agreement supplied before you commit.

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit misleading enquiries, copy it for an unauthorised commercial purpose or misuse other people’s personal information.

Training information and your health

The information on this website is general fitness information. It is not a medical diagnosis, individual treatment plan or substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified health professional.

Before starting training, tell your trainer about relevant injuries, medical conditions, medication or other circumstances that could affect safe participation. Medical clearance or referral may be needed. Stop exercising and tell your trainer if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms.

Training outcomes vary with your starting point, attendance, recovery and other individual factors. Examples of client progress do not promise the same outcome for every person.

Enquiries, bookings and pricing

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Session location, availability, duration, price and inclusions must be confirmed with the provider before you proceed. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Any introductory offer is subject to the eligibility and availability explained when booking. Fees, payment dates, package inclusions, cancellation notice, rescheduling and any applicable refund arrangements must be disclosed in the booking agreement before payment. Contact us if an offer or price is unclear.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

If you need to change or cancel a session, contact the provider as soon as possible. The cancellation and rescheduling policy supplied with your booking will apply, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a service does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” policy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law. Services must meet the consumer guarantees that apply to them.
